Ok jag har inte ens någon bra ursäkt... jag tog semester... hoppas ni kan förlåta mig... :) Seriöst så har det varit väldigt mycket de sista veckorna, jag har rest som en tok osv. Dessutom har vi suttit en del med videon vilket var riktigt skoj eftersom den blir fantastisk! Galet bra till och med... snart snart snart får ni se den.

som kronan på verket kan man säga så har en kompis till mig legat på sjukhus de sista 3 veckorna. Jag går ju på en skola där folk tenderar att jobba riktigt mycket och det är vad hon har gjort, tills kroppen sa ifrån. Tro mig efter att ha sett henne nu, se till att ni inte kör slut på er på det sättet... det finns inga pengar eller ingen berömmelse i världen som är värd det. Jag antar att det är lite på det temat som jag har loggat ur lite i förra veckan... men nu är jag tillbaka med fördubblad kraft. Nu kör jag stenhårt med att försöka boka spelningar, prata med radio osv alldeles själv... det är fint. I helgen ska jag ha min första spelning med fullt band, det är roligt. Vi repar hårt nu... är riktigt laddad. Torsdag fredag ska jag upp till Umeå och spela på ytterligare en radiostation vilket också ska bli toppen kul! på fredagen ska jag också besöka en cancersjuk tjej och kanske sjunga någon låt för henne... musik sägs ju ha helande verkan, jag tror det absolut och kanske kanske hjälper det lite... ah... gissa vad nu måste jag vidare i min todolist... Kärlek!


Ok I don't even have a good apology, I took a vacation... I hope you can forgive me :) Seriously it has been quite a lot these last few weeks, I've been all over the place and the video and so on... but it has been fun especially since video is a real masterpiece! you will get to see it real soon.

And also as icing on the cake a very close friend of mine has been in the hospital for the last 3 weeks. I study at a school where people tend to be overachievers (just like myself) and by seeing what happened to her, trust me when I say there is no money or fame in the world that is worth that. I guess it was on that theme that I decided to take a little break as well... but now I'm back with double the power and I'm calling places where I can do shows and speaking to the radio again all by my self... that is nice. This weekend will be our first show with the entire band, that will be great. We have been rehearsing pretty hard too. On Thursday and Friday I'll be up in Umeå playing another radio station, which should also be great... on Friday I get to see a girl sick in cancer who used to be a fan of a-teens... I've heard of the healing power of music and hopefully I could maybe make a small difference... ah... crap need to get back to my todo-list again. I haven't forgotten those pics... I just need to get them into my computer first :) later! peace! /amit

tänkte berätta lite om videoinspelningen... blir nog på engelska alltihop eftersom det kanske blir lite långt annars.

So the video shoot.
It was great. On friday last week we spent most of the night shipping stuff like my bed, some other furniture, a lot of lights, some props and some breakfast food and stuff like that from different locations in the city to Söder where we shot the entire story part of the video. It didn't get that late for me however Eric and Filip (the director and producer) were going at it until like 3 in the morning.

1 st day of shooting
On set at 06:00, some of my great friends turned up and carried furniture around for a little while until all the stages were set more or less. Then it was up to me and Suzanne and deliver... Suzanne was playing the part of my girlfriend in the video... she was absolutely brilliant... the first couple of scenes went ok and then we had a fighting scene where I was a whimp for a couple of times before I stepped up and actually yelled back at her which made the whole thing a lot better. It was amazing to just let go of everything and let stuff just go off I never considered myself a good actor but the footage turned out really good actually. Anyway the entire first day was a long one but still pretty easy worked, we were done with shooting around midnight and then done with rigging and leaving stuff at like 3 in the morning, boy was I tired! That's the way when you are working with people who love their job and a small budget, you just work!

Day 2
Got up at like 6 and went down to the shoot at seven it was outside and the weather was perfect! Absolutely crazy great! The scene is the last sync scene and my great, wonderful, supportive band showed up and played with me in order for it to rock a little harder! So we did that the entire morning and then at 1300 we left for a building that was about to be torn down, or actually it's being renovated just outside stockholm where we recorded the rest of the stuff. Man it was dirty! But again because I had the best crew in the world we were on time! So at around 9 that very evening we were done with everything and started packing up stuff... that meant that I was home and could have slept in my own bed (if I hadn't been too tired to make it) at around 10 that evening. I was however o tired that night that I fell asleep on the couch again and was completely out until we had to unload the rest of the stuff on monday morning.... I did a little calculation on how many hours we squeesed and just on satruday and sunday we worked like 35 hours (which is what an entire week of work is supposed to be here in sweden)... The result looks just amazing though! I'll get some pics up soon!
